O AUTOR: 
“JOÃO LOFF BARRETO was born in Aveiro, in 1947, studing at Coimbra
and Lisbon Universities. At the time of the 25 April 1974 revolution
he was serving as a conscript officer in Portugal.
He is in practice as a lawyer in Lisbon.”
